Growth Opportunities What the Sales Associate Role Entails: Greet everyone who walks through the door with welcoming and positive energy Conduct telephone inquiries, follow up calls, and customer care calls at the front desk Develop and implement sales strategies to drive membership growth and achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide hands-on coaching and training to sales staff to enhance their skills and productivity. Foster strong relationships with potential and current members, addressing their needs and concerns to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns and events. Oversee the sales process from initial contact to membership enrollment, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our studio. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Manage membership change requests when needed. Qualifications: Proven experience in a sales, preferably in the fitness or related industry. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent leadership and management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools. Passion for fitness and a strong understanding of fitness products and services. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Application Question(s): How is fitness a part of your life?!
