Store Associate

We are currently seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to be responsible for the sales process from beginning to end. The Sales Associate will be the first point of contact for our customers and must be able to build relationships through our diverse customer base. The ideal candidate will have a great love for the outdoors and being active. Essential Functions: Welcome Customers in a timely manner. Provide accurate information on product descriptions. Answer customers questions on specific products. Assist customers with their orders. Collect payments at the end of their shopping experience. Follow along with each customer as they browse our inventory, ensuring the most up-to-date inventory information is in place. Provide great customer service on all levels; including but not limited to answering questions, helping resolve customer issues, and providing feedback to management staff. Ensure that the store is stocked appropriately with all products and continue to execute daily sales plans and performance reviews. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Previous sales experience in retail or other related fields preferred. Excellent communication skills both written. Must be able to work independently with little supervision. Must be able to learn and execute various tasks under minimal supervision.
