Excellent English communication skills.
BS or AS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience of technical support for hardware, AC drive. AC Drive or Hardware knowledge is preferred.
Responsibilities will include handling technical support for customers, drafting, repairing, and documentation.
Travel requirements include business trips to South and Central America and Mexico.
The role will initially be remote for a temporary period, with online training provided.
