This role manages executive protection teams, develops protection plans, coordinates schedules, and ensures that all assignments are executed safely, discreetly, and in line with client expectations and company standards. The manager conducts risk assessments, designs security protocols, and coordinates with internal stakeholders, clients, venue security, and, when appropriate, local law enforcement. Daily responsibilities include supervising personnel, monitoring performance, managing incident response, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies. The Executive Protection Division Manager is responsible for the department's revenue growth and contributes to budgeting, resource allocation, training programs, and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate service quality and operational readiness.QualificationsPrior sales experience.Demonstrated Supervisory Skills and Team Leadership experience, with the ability to coach, mentor, schedule, and evaluate security personnel.Background in Physical Security and Executive Protection operations, including risk assessment, threat mitigation, access control, and protective detail planning.Experience working with or alongside Law Enforcement or similar public safety entities, with knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and response protocols.Exposure to Retail Loss Prevention or corporate security environments, with an understanding of asset protection and incident management.Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, especially under pressure and in rapidly changing environments.Proficiency in using security technology platforms and tools for monitoring, reporting, and coordination.Ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion, and a high level of professionalism when working with high-profile clients.Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to respond to urgent operational needs.Relevant certifications in security, executive protection, or risk management are preferred.Previous leadership experience in security, military, or public safety settings is highly beneficial.
