Job OverviewIn this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment, ensuring that each customer receives their order promptly and in perfect condition. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with heavy equipment, utilize advanced warehouse management systems, and develop your skills in materials handling and logistics.Monday - Friday9:30am - 6:30pm4% Quarterly Production BonusDutiesOperate heavy machinery such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectivelyManage inventory by stocking shelves, replenishing supplies, and organizing products within the warehouse distribution centerPrepare orders for shipment by packing items securely, labeling packages accurately, and ensuring quality control standards are metAssist with shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading trucks with heavy equipmentMaintain accurate records of inventory movements within the warehouse management systemSupport warehouse supervisor in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environmentSkillsProven experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for order picking and inventory controlAbility to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools safelyStrong knowledge of materials handling, shipping & receiving procedures, and order fulfillment processesMechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issuesExcellent attention to detail for quality control during picking & packing operationsPhysical strength for heavy lifting, load & unload tasks, and extended periods of standing or walkingPrior experience in warehouse distribution or warehouse supervisor roles is a plus
