This role functions as a Sales Manager, ideal for someone with a strong background in leadership and a passion for motivating others. We're looking for a high-energy, naturally charismatic individual who people gravitate toward-someone who can coach, mentor, and uplift a team while contributing to the agency's growth and culture. RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed performance goals. Set the tone for a positive, collaborative, and high-performing office environment. Identify training opportunities and provide ongoing support to develop team members. Engage with customers and leads to model best-in-class sales and service. Monitor key performance metrics and drive accountability. QUALIFICATIONS:Proven experience in sales management or team leadership. Natural ability to connect with people and inspire confidence. High energy, enthusiastic, and a positive force on any team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for helping others succeed and creating a motivating work environment.
