We’re growing our pack and looking for mission-driven leaders to join us.The Mutternity Project is seeking passionate, community-minded individuals to join our Board of Directors as we continue building a new kind of rescue for pregnant dogs, mother dogs, and their puppies.Mutternity Project is a foster-based nonprofit reimagining animal rescue - creating safe, loving sanctuaries where mother dogs can give birth, heal, and raise their puppies with dignity and support. Our work is rooted in community, innovation, and the belief that when we care for mothers, we change the entire beginning of a dog’s story.As a board member, you’ll play a key role in helping us scale our impact by contributing strategic guidance, governance oversight, and community advocacy. Board members collaborate closely with leadership to help strengthen the organization’s sustainability, expand partnerships, and champion our mission in the broader community.We’re especially excited to connect with individuals who bring experience in areas such as:nonprofit governanceveterinary medicine or animal healthfundraising or philanthropymarketing, brand, or storytellingfinance, legal, or operationsanimal welfare or rescueBoard service is a meaningful, volunteer opportunity to use your professional skills and network to help build something transformative.
