Environmental Management Coordinator Promote and coordinate the actions derived from the environmental dimension of UCIMED's Social Responsibility that contribute to the adequate management of environmental parameters and the fulfillment of progress indicators in this field.Main FunctionsConduct the environmental impact assessment of the organization and coordinate the institutional environmental management system.Develop and execute the operational work plan for institutional environmental management in coordination with Social Responsibility and the Environmental Commission.Design and implement the institutional environmental training plan to ensure proper understanding of environmental aspects and to create the necessary awareness in the university community.Manage the proper registration and monitoring of environmental indicators to ensure their correct compliance, as well as progress in closing environmental gaps.Be responsible for leading the specific projects of the environmental dimension of Social Responsibility: the Ecological Blue Flag Program and the Carbon Neutral Country Program, and any other that UCIMED defines.Participate actively in the Environmental Commission and follow up on the execution of the actions defined for environmental management.Coordinate with internal and external counterparts on environmental issues that have an impact on environmental management.Act as UCIMED's representative in spaces that involve the institution's participation to enrich synergies with other organizations in environmental matters.Coordinate tasks specific to the position, such as reports, documents, support matrices, evaluations, and diagnostics, as required by the Social Responsibility Department or the Environmental Commission.Comply with the ethical guidelines established by the institution and the Social Responsibility Department.Perform any other related tasks assigned according to the needs of the department.Support in the search, consolidation, and support of activities that contribute to the institutional volunteer program in the environmental action axis.
