Job Title: Warehouse Material CoordinatorLocation: Hayward, CA 94544Pay Rate: $25.00- $30.00/hrContract Length: 3-month contract (strong potential for extension)Shift: Multiple shifts – rotating 8-hour scheduleStart Date: ASAPAbout the Opportunity:Stanford Health Care is actively hiring Warehouse Coordinators to support operations following a recent medical supply warehouse fire. As a result, inventory and logistics operations are being redistributed, creating immediate openings on the team. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a highly respected healthcare organization while contributing to a critical supply chain function.Key Responsibilities:Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and onto delivery vehiclesStore products in designated locations and maintain organized inventory areasUpdate inventory/location tracking systems to ensure accuracyInspect incoming shipments for damage, discrepancies, or quality issuesOperate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficientlyAssist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishmentFollow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, compliant work environmentRequired Qualifications:Valid forklift certification with hands-on experienceMinimum 1 year of warehouse or material handling experienceExperience operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipmentAbility to lift, move, and handle materials in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with inventory systemsBackground check and drug test requiredCompensation: $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
