Our team of 60+ is composed of psychologists, brand experts and community builders, combining cutting-edge brand expertise with seasoned SaaS experience.Backed by top VCs, Duel recently announced a $16 million Series A, which will accelerate growth in the US from our base in New York, and bring our entirely AI-driven product vision to life to equip brands with the solution needed to drive growth through thousands of advocates, customers, creators and brand ambassadors.The RoleWe’re hiring a Brand Partnerships Director to own Duel’s most important enterprise brand relationships end-to-end.This is a senior individual contributor role based in New York, sitting at the heart of our post-sale organisation. You’ll act as the single strategic point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise brands, embedding with their marketing teams, translating advocacy into measurable business outcomes, and taking full ownership of retention, expansion, and long-term partnership growth.We’re moving away from a product-led service model and building a high-touch, agency-grade brand partnerships function. This role is central to that shift. You won’t be managing churn, you’ll be building multi-year strategies that make renewals feel like a natural next step, not a negotiation. You’ll build your relationships from pre-sale through to close, you’ll own the relationship. Essentially, you’ll never hand off the relationship.We’re Looking For Someone Who Will…Be the single, primary point of contact for each enterprise client; from late-stage pre-sale conversations through onboarding, value realisation, renewal, and expansion.Build and execute strategic account plans with clear success measures, stakeholder maps, programme roadmaps, and health metrics.Develop multi-year partnership strategies so that renewals are expected and natural, not last-minute fire drills.Issue the agenda, bookend every call, and remain the client’s constant strategic touchpoint.Own renewal readiness: proactive risk detection, mitigation plans, and executive confidence-building.Identify and develop expansion opportunities; new regions, brands, use cases, and service layers.Be accountable for retention, expansion pipeline, gross advocacy value, and overall account health.Translate Duel’s solution into business impact: advocate activation, content and influence, community building, and measurable performance.Drive strategic moments: quarterly planning, QBRs, campaign design, and executive storytelling.Help marketing stakeholders navigate ambiguity and mature their advocacy operating model.Coordinate Programme Ops, Product, Data/Insights, and Advocacy specialists to deliver against the plan.Own the escalation path: unblock issues quickly, set expectations clearly, and protect client trust.We’d Love to Hear from You If You Have…6+ years in enterprise account leadership, client services, or strategic account management.Background in a digital, advertising, or brand or influencer marketing agency; brand-side marketing leadership; or an enterprise MarTech platform with a services motion.Experience working directly with marketing teams at major brands (retail, D2C, beauty, CPG, or adjacent categories)A track record of owning revenue-bearing accounts: renewals, expansions, and measurable outcome delivery.Comfort navigating complex organisations with multiple stakeholders, from day-to-day operators to C-suite executives.Strong business and marketing acumen, you understand how advocacy fits into the broader marketing mix and can connect activity to brand equity, growth, and performance.Tech exposure is a plus, but the priority is relationship depth, strategic thinking, and services execution.
