Hourly Rate: $20/hourStatus: Seasonal full-time, or part-time optionsSummaryThis position is responsible for checking in and welcoming guests to the pools and activity areas on property along with consistently offering professional, friendly and engaging customer service. Ensuring proper set up and presentation of the pools at all times. Checking in and out bikes and equipment to guests and maintaining organization of pools, activities and equipment areas.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesResponsible for keeping the activities areas clean, stocked and tidy which includes the pool, bike, lawns, and activities desk/office/storage areas. Inform guests pool services and activities available on property. Ensuring an adequate supply of towels and water are available to guests. Make sure that members and guests have signed waivers appropriate to the activity they are participating in. Make rounds to all pools picking up dirty towels, restocking clean towels and transporting dirty towels to be laundered as needed. Keeps an eye on the water station and requests F&B restock as needed. Maintains a positive attitude and the flexibility to take on new and different tasks as assigned by the Resort Activities Manager or Supervisor. Must maintain the privacy of all Juniper Preserve’s guests. Maintain grooming and uniform standards as outlined in the Employee Handbook. Manages workflow effectively and in a timely manner to meet department expectations. Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all hotel and departmental policies. Maintains a professional standard at Juniper Preserve including, but not limited to, appearance, interaction with members, associates, guests of the resort, verbal discussions and written correspondence. Does not discuss work related issues with members and resort guests. Maintains a positive attitude and the flexibility to take on new and different tasks as assigned by the Guest Services Manager or Supervisor. Must have excellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesPreferredCPR and First Aid certification preferred but not requiredPrevious experience working in a hospitality environment is a plus, but not required
