Litigation Paralegal

A well-established regional law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Greenville, SC office. This role supports a busy defense litigation practice with a focus on construction-related matters. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced legal environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist attorneys with all phases of defense litigation, from case inception through trialDraft, format, and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discoveryManage case files, including document organization and electronic filing (state and federal courts)Coordinate and track deadlines, hearings, and trial preparation activitiesReview, summarize, and organize discovery materials, including medical and construction recordsCommunicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel as neededSupport trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness coordinationQualifications:3+ years of litigation paralegal experience (defense and/or construction litigation preferred)Strong knowledge of court procedures, rules, and e-filing systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentParalegal certificate or equivalent experience preferredWhat's Offered:Competitive salary, commensurate with experienceComprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), etc.)Collaborative team environment within a respected regional firmOpportunity to work on complex and high-profile construction litigation mattersTo learn more, apply today!
