For more information, visit www.clubpilates.comPOSITION:The purpose of the Sales Representative is to assist the General Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio and booking them into intro classes. The Sales Representative also assists with retaining current members. Pilates fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.REQUIREMENTS:Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills requiredGoal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher trainingAbility to learn and use the Club Ready software systemAbility to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workdayMust be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and emailMust be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesMust have proficient computer skillsDaily and/or occasional travel may be required.RESPONSIBILITIES:Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closeConduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual's needs and wantsMaintain acceptable level of personal sales productionEmphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness providerPresent available services to current or prospective membersBook quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotaCurate and create engaging content for various social media platformsSchedule and publish daily social media posts using management tools such as Digital StackParticipate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the clubCleaning and organization of the Pilates StudioAssist with ordering retail products, verifying accurate inventory counts, and ensuring proper stocking alongside studio supplies and equipmentAssumes responsibility for developing selling skillsOther duties as assignedJob Types: Part-timeExperience:Sales: 1 year (Required)Work Location: In personPowered by JazzHR
