React/Full Stack Engineer

Role: React Focused Full Stack Engineer (React SME) Duration: 12+ Months Locations: Dallas, TX | Charlotte, NC |Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid model: 8 hours/day, 3days onsite per week) Payrate: $60-70/hr Overview We are seeking a React-focused Full Stack Engineer to join a large, fast-paced engineering team supporting a long-term enterprise initiative. This role requires a strong front-end specialist who can also contribute across the full stack when needed. The environment is delivery-driven and suited for engineers comfortable working in high-demand project settings. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end applications using React. Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces aligned with modern UI/UX standards. Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and full-stack functionality. Develop and enhance applications using Python or Java for backend services where required. Work with MongoDB for data storage, retrieval, and optimization. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous delivery pipelines. Utilize AI development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity and solution design. Demonstrate iterative problem solving and evolution of technical solutions over time. Required Skills Strong expertise in React (Primary skill / SME level). Full stack development experience. Backend exposure with Python and/or Java. Database experience with MongoDB/NoSQL. Experience working in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments. Proven experience contributing to long-term enterprise projects. Nice to Have OpenShift / OCP cloud platform experience. Containerized or cloud-native development exposure.
