Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Start date end of June or July 6th 1:7 telephonic call 4 day work week Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 8a 5P with the possibility of evening hours in the future (until 8p) (5 day work week can be negotiated) There are two Physicians, 1 NP (leaving July 2nd for opportunity in VT), and 1 PA (on maternity leave end-April end-July) who is a 0.75FTE. One of the Physicians is our Outpatient Medical Director Licensure/certification required: NH license preferred, DEA, BC ABFM Patients: Adults and Adolescents. Roughly 16 patients per day. Cases: Sick & Well visits, follow ups, physicals, in office mole removals, and minor lacerations. EMR: Allscripts Beautiful Area!
