Customer Satisfaction is a huge focus, we want someone that enjoys their career and helping their customers. Responsibilities: Repair and maintain Heating and Air Conditioning solutions. Troubleshoot and consult with customers for the best solution Collaborate as a team to provide a world class customer experience Perform routine preventative maintenance Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Qualifications: Previous experience in the Heating and Air Conditioning industry NATE Certifications a plus Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Valid drivers license and ability to be insured on company insurance Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Ability to work to in many different locations and weather conditions Salary: $20.00-$45.00 hourly D.O.E Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance
