Reporting to the#Clinical Supervisor of Rehab, you won#t just follow a script#you#ll evaluate needs and design custom treatment plans that actually move the needle. What you#ll do: Restore Function:#Use therapeutic exercises and modern modalities to help patients get back to doing what they love. Empower Families:#Teach patients and their support systems the skills they need for a smooth transition to life after care. Customize Care:#Expertly fit splints and orthotics, and coach patients through the essentials of daily living#from mobility to grooming. Track Progress:#Stay sharp on patient observations, adjusting treatments in real-time to ensure the best possible outcomes. If you#re looking for a role where your clinical expertise meets genuine human connection, we#d love to meet you. # Hourly Pay Rate: $39.96 - $58.94 # Qualifications Education: Requires a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited university. Experience: Requires a#zero to one (0-1) year of clinical PT experience in inpatient and outpatient services (therapy school experience acceptable).# Specialized Training: Must have forty (40) hours of AZ Burn Center orientation with burn Physical Therapist(s) or have at least 1-year of burn experience within the last 5 years. Certification/Licensure: A current or temporary Arizona state Physical Therapy licensure is required. Requires BLS card obtained through an approved American Heart Association (AHA) training center upon hire. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must possess good verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills, including knowledge of basic grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Requires the ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English. Must be able to communicate effectively with patients and staff members. Requires excellent organizational skills, working with professionals, and maintaining confidentiality standards.
