Join GardaWorld as Security Systems Administrator!Our client is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Security Systems Administrator to support and enhance enterprise security operations across our Richmond manufacturing and corporate campuses.This role is responsible for the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of integrated security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and visitor management platforms. In addition to technical oversight, the position plays a critical role in supporting investigations, strengthening compliance efforts, and driving proactive risk mitigation.What’s In It For YouCompetitive Salary: $78,000 - $82,000 / yearWork Site Location: Richmond, VAComprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, 401(k) with employer matching contributions, paid time off (PTO) policy, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options.Travel: Travel expectations vary by Region.Your Responsibilities As a Security Systems AdministratorAdminister and maintain enterprise security systems, including Pro-Watch, MAXPRO, and Right CrowdMonitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to resolutionPerform system maintenance, upgrades, and optimizationAnalyze alarm activity, access trends, and system dataIdentify vulnerabilities and track mitigation effortsProvide on-call supportGenerate reports and insightsInvestigations & Video ReviewManage video footage requests from leadership and HR ComplianceConduct detailed video reviews and investigationsMaintain confidentiality of sensitive informationPartner with HR, security and compliance teams.
