Bilingual Housekeeping Manager

We’re hiring a Bilingual Housekeeping Manager for a hotel property in Colorado.You will ensure that cleanliness/service standards are achieved, meet productivity standards and provide a desirable workplace for Team Members in a luxurious hotel. You will be responsible for the overall operational efficiency, payroll, development and client satisfaction.Work Schedule: AM and Mid Shifts, will work weekends as neededResponsibilitiesAssist in overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling, training, and supervising housekeeping staffEnsure that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are kept clean, organized, and well-maintained at all timesInspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance standardsReview, approve and submit payroll weeklyManage inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment and ensure that they are properly stored and usedRespond to guest complaints and requests promptly, professionally and take appropriate action to resolve issuesAssist in the preparation of reports on housekeeping operations and guest satisfaction and make recommendations for improvements as neededCommunicate and coordinate department activitiesRespond to team member requests and complete department tasks / service requests in a timely mannerEnsure that all housekeeping staff follow proper safety procedures and use appropriate protective equipment when performing their dutiesAssist in the development and implementation of housekeeping policies and procedures and ensure that they are consistently followed by all staffProvide training, coaching, safety training, and mentoring to housekeeping staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable, skilled, and motivated to perform their duties effectivelyPlan and execute team member appreciation / retention activitiesPerform other duties as assigned by the DirectorWhat You'll BringBilingual intermediate skills in English/SpanishAuthorized to work in the United StatesSchedule flexibility to work AM/Mid Shifts, weekends and holidays is a mustFull service hotel experience; requiredAt least 5 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in full service or luxury hotelsExperience working in operations of +250 rooms is a mustExperience in opening or management transitions is a plusExcellent people skillsLeadership and coaching skillsStrong communication skillsPossess reliable transportationCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsRoll up your sleeves mindsetProficient with Hotel Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, AppsWho We AreHotelPro is a national leader in hospitality staffing with regional offices across the U.S. We’re proud to be a trusted, nationally preferred partner to top hotel management companies—driven by a legacy of excellence and people-first service.
