Email. SMS. Landing pages. Direct mail. Loyalty. Subscriptions. If a customer already bought from us, how we keep them coming back is your problem to solve — and your wins to claim.This isn't a "set up some flows and call it a day" role. You'll be the reason our LTV goes up, our churn goes down, and our customers feel like JOYMODE actually gets them.Responsibilities:Email and SMS strategy end-to-end — flows, campaigns, segmentation, and the promotional calendar in Klaviyo and AttentiveLanding page strategy and execution — concepting, wireframing, and coordinating CRO A/B tests in Replo/ShopifyDirect mail campaign strategy and agency coordinationRetention analytics — LTV, churn, subscription health, flow conversion — and the ability to turn numbers into movesCreative briefing for retention assets — email templates, SMS graphics, LP designs — working directly with our design teamLoyalty program optimization and post-purchase experiencePromotional calendar alignment with paid media, product launches, and seasonal pushesRequirements:Have 2-4 years in lifecycle, retention, or CRM at a DTC brand or agency — and you've got the metrics to prove you moved the needleDream in Klaviyo flows and conditional splitsCan concept a landing page, not just send emails about oneUnderstand subscription economics — you know what churn looks like and you take it personallyWrite clear briefs, give sharp feedback, and don't need three rounds of review to ship somethingMove fast and default to action — you'd rather test something today than theorize about it for a weekWant to own your channel, not just execute someone else's playbookNice to Have:Experience with Attentive, direct mail platforms, or loyalty toolsHealth, wellness, or supplement industry backgroundFamiliarity with Shopify and subscription platforms (Skio, Recharge)You already use AI tools to work faster — and you're not shy about it
