This role is ideal for someone with strong fundamentals, attention to detail, and room to grow—someone who enjoys both technical work and being a trusted resource for employees.What You’ll DoOwn and process day‑to‑day, in‑house payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timelinessMaintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulationsAdminister current benefit programs and support open enrollment, vendor coordination, and employee questionsEvaluate and support enhancements to benefits offerings, processes, and systemsServe as an associate‑focused resource, resolving payroll and benefits issues with professionalism and careWork comfortably within web‑based and cloud HR/payroll systemsWhat We’re Looking ForHands‑on payroll experience (in‑house preferred)Working knowledge of payroll compliance and wage/hour regulationsExposure to benefits administration across multiple programs or vendorsStrong attention to detail and sound judgmentTech‑savvy and comfortable with modern HR and payroll systemsApproachable, service‑oriented, and collaborativeThis role is based in our Irvine headquarters and is on-siteWhat We OfferBase salary $75,000–$115,000 (DOE) + bonusFully paid associate medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) with generous matchNamed a Top Workplace by the Orange County Business Journal 5 years in a rowApply here:www.rdolson.com/culture-and-careers/#jobs
