Develops and maintains good relationships with community agencies to support patient care and program development. Provides leadership and supervision to other Activity Therapists and assistants as directed. Serves as a resource and educator for patients, families, and staff regarding activity therapy and its benefits. Documents patient progress and program outcomes accurately and timely in accordance with organizational standards. Participates in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
