Job Purpose & Summary:This position requires an individual with technical understanding of plumbing and heating (field experience desired) and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be a team player, enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude.Duties & Responsibilities:Essential Functions:Assisting customers, in person and on the phone, with their plumbing and heating needsEnsure delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processingCustomer-service and sales-orientedMust be an excellent communicatorHave a working knowledge of plumbing/heating products and industryBe skilled in computer use (ability to master Eclipse software) as well as internet for customer service knowledgeEstablishes and maintains customer relationships, communicates with customers and co-workers to provide a quality customer experienceAbility to exhibit a positive, friendly and helpful attitude with customers and to be sensitive to their needs.Ensure customer satisfactionAble to meet deadlinesOther duties and responsibilities as assignedNecessary Qualifications:A willingness and ability to learnCommunication, time management and organizational skillsPlumbing and Heating experienceEnthusiasm, courtesy and articulationComputer experienceCustomer orientationAdaptabilityEducation/ Experience:High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Related Plumbing and Heating Industry experience helpfulWorking knowledge of Eclipse software preferredRequired:Positive attitude with an aptitude for learning
