Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) PRN / Part-Time Muskegon County, MI Compensation: Paid per visit We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide high-quality, patient-centered therapy services in patients’ homes throughout Muskegon County, Michigan. This PRN/Part-time position offers flexible scheduling and per-visit compensation, making it ideal for therapists seeking autonomy and work-life balance. Responsibilities Perform in-home occupational therapy evaluations and treatments Develop and implement individualized plans of care Address activities of daily living (ADLs), functional mobility, safety, and adaptive equipment needs Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, home safety, and energy conservation Document evaluations, progress notes, and outcomes in accordance with agency and regulatory standards Communicate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary care team members Qualifications Current Michigan Occupational Therapist license Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current CPR/BLS certification Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Preferred Home health experience Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) Schedule PRN / Part-time Flexible scheduling based on patient needs Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour Expected hours: 5 – 19 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Application Question(s): This position requires home health visits in Muskegon County.
