Each team member contributes directly to how clients engage with our technology and services, with Account Managers being pivotal to this goal.Role OverviewAs an Account Manager at K1x, you will be the main contact for a portfolio of clients within the tax and financial services industry. The role is dynamic and demands high levels of ownership, presenting new challenges and opportunities daily to address significant client issues. It is particularly well‐suited for individuals who excel in diverse, action‐oriented environments and prefer direct interaction with clients over extended enterprise processes.Your responsibilities include managing renewals, promoting usage, and uncovering growth opportunities while cultivating long‐lasting relationships based on trust and measurable success.
