On-Site Clinical Supervisor

Psycle On Wellness is seeking an On-Site Clinical Supervisor to lead a team of behavioral health professionals. The role is critical to ensuring high quality mental health services are provided to youth in a juvenile detention center setting and maintaining compliance with site coverage and in the provision of services . This role involves oversight of staff and work with youth diagnosed with a range of clinical disorders, including anxiety, depression, and ADHD.The ideal candidate is experienced in working in an active environment, managing complex scheduling, a strong communicator, and is detail oriented. The on-site clinical supervisor must be a licensed, Maryland Board Approved Clinical Supervisor (LCPC, LCSW-C Supervisor, LCPAT,LCMFT, LCADC) who is passionate about supporting clinicians, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality care to youth.Experience in juvenile justice settings, and experience in the delivery of trauma-informed, ethical, and high-quality care is preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a staff of 5-7 employeesProvide clinical, case consultation, and administrative supervision to licensed behavioral health professionalsConduct individual and group supervision sessionsEnsure clinical documentation is completed, signed, and submitted in compliance with regulatory and agency standardsSchedule and coordinate supervision meetings with behavioral health staffEnforce agency policies and proceduresComplete psychosocial evaluations as neededProvide clinical coverage and backup when behavioral health staff are unavailableAttend clinical staff meetings and clinical supervisor meetings as scheduleFacilitate clinical staff meetings as scheduledEducation, Licensure & QualificationsMaster's Degree in Counseling or Social WorkLicensed in the state of Maryland in good standing (able to provide clinical supervision)Minimum of 3 years counseling experienceExperience working with children and adolescentsExperience conducting psychosexual evaluations preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-based systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWilling to complete a federal and state background checkReliable transportationSkills & AttributesStrong organizational and leadership skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple responsibilitiesFlexibility, creativity, and strong problem-solving abilitiesCommitment to ethical practice and high-quality clinical careJob Types: Full-timeBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offProfessional developmentVision insuranceWork Location: In person
