Title: Receiver Pay: $22 $23/hour Hours: Monday Friday; 7:30 AM 4:00 PM (every other Sunday required for cycle counts) Location: South Saint Paul, MN 55075 OverviewThe Receiver is responsible for managing incoming shipments, ensuring accurate inventory handling, and maintaining compliance with safety, QA, and GMP standards. This role supports warehouse and production operations through proper inspection, storage, and documentation of materials. Job Description Read and interpret bills of lading and load sheets Inspect, sample, and verify product codes on incoming shipments Accurately record shipment and inventory data Receive and store goods using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) procedures Handle bulk truck and rail shipments Operate and maintain bulk handling and unloading equipment safely Conduct inventory counts of bulk and minor commodities Work at elevated heights using fall protection equipment when required Stock and rotate materials for production needs Use and maintain inventory management systems Ensure compliance with QA and GMP standards for food and packaging materials Monitor machinery and product flow; perform basic adjustments as needed Required Skills Experience with shipping/receiving or warehouse operations Ability to read and interpret shipping documentation Knowledge of FIFO inventory practices Familiarity with bulk handling equipment and safety procedures Basic computer skills for inventory systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (up to 3 times per hour) Ability to work at heights with required safety equipment Benefits (employee contribution):Health insuranceHealth savings accountDental insuranceVision insuranceFlexible spending accountsLife insuranceRetirement plan All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
