Loan Originator with Encompass (FULLY ONISTE in Irving, TX or Miami, FL or Bentonville, AR)

The Loan Originator will support our client's IT organization by learning and implementing standards and processes to ensure quality and efficiency in technical documentation, technical testing, release management, and systems support for our Encompass LOS. Ideal candidates will have foundational skills in process creation/optimization, governance, and organization. Candidates should be prepared to apply best practices, support standard processes, and contribute effectively to their agile project teams.Your Responsibilities on the Team: Design and execute test scripts on software applications based on software requirements and technical specifications.Record and document testing results and compare to expected results.Detect software failures so that defects may be discovered and corrected.Researching prior enhancements made to the software in order to understand expected performance.Documenting new enhancements clearly and concisely so that associates can understand what changes are being made to the software applications and understand how it affects the work.Provide application instruction and support for associates.Ensure compliance with recordkeeping by following department procedures for documentation retention of all enhancements made to the software applications.Help create technical documentation (process flows, specifications, development tasks)Implement software development life cycle for all project steps and phases and provide technical support during each phase.Contribute to creating a positive team environment and fostering team culture in a fast-paced setting.Utilize communication skills, both written and verbal, to present complex information clearly and concisely.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Cultivate a detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.Required Experience:Mortgage Lending Experience (Operations or Production), 5 years preferred, 2 years required.Hands-on experience in Quality Assurance Testing, User Acceptance Testing, or a comparable role within a technology organization whether through employment or internship is desirable.Basic experience/knowledge is required of all or some of the following: Encompass Loan Origination SystemAdditional Requirements: Basic quantitative and analytical skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office products.Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.Ability to work collaboratively with team members and establish cooperative working relationships.Flexibility and adaptability to changing environments and tasks.Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.Basic problem-solving skills with the ability to gather and analyze information.
