This unique opportunity blends technical drafting, field exposure, and interdisciplinary coordination-helping translate engineering vision into constructible designs.What You'll Do:Produce and revise simple engineering drawings or sketches under the guidance of senior designers or engineers, following established technical standardsExamine drawings for accuracy and quality with support from senior team membersParticipate in project review meetings and accompany senior staff on field assignments when appropriateUtilize drawing production software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, and REVIT to create construction documentsAssist with contract document preparation in order to develop familiarity with discipline-specific codes, standards, and design practicesWhat You Bring:Associate's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Engineering Science, or a related technical field requiredNo prior experience required-related document production experience preferredStrong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solvingFamiliarity with design software (AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, etc.) and a willingness to learn about respective engineering disciplineWhy You'll Love It Here:* Grow your technical skill set through hands‐on design, mentorship, and exposure to real‐world utility environments* Enjoy a flexible, team‐oriented environment with opportunities for field experienceCurious about the impactful work our Electric Distribution team is doing?
