Co-Pilot Engineer

Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Co-pilot Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to design, build, and optimize AI-powered copilot solutions that improve productivity, streamline workflows, and enhance user experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in AI/ML, prompt engineering, user interface development, automation, and enterprise application integration.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop AI copilot solutions using modern AI platforms and frameworks.Build and optimize prompts, workflows, and orchestration logic to improve response quality and accuracy.Develop and enhance user interfaces to deliver intuitive and user-friendly experiences.Integrate copilot solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and business applications.Interact directly with customers and business users to gather requirements, understand use cases, and provide solution support.Collaborate with product managers, designers, data engineers, and stakeholders to define use cases and deliver solutions.Test, validate, and fine-tune copilot performance based on user feedback and system metrics.Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability, security, and scalability of AI-driven solutions.Document technical designs, configurations, and deployment processes.Stay current with advancements in generative AI, LLMs, and Copilot-related technologies.Required Skills3 to 5 years of experience in AI/ML, software engineering, automation, or related roles.Experience with AI/ML concepts, generative AI, and large language models.Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflow design.Hands-on experience with APIs, automation, and system integration.Experience working with user interface development technologies.Ability to interact with customers and translate business needs into technical solutions.Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or similar AI assistant platforms.Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, React, Power Platform, or low-code tools.Experience with RAG, agentic workflows, or conversational AI.Understanding of security, privacy, and compliance in enterprise AI solutions.EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.Equivalent work experience in AI, software engineering, or automation may also be considered.
