iMethods is seeking a Senior Epic Application Analyst to to support Epic Orders, Ordersets, Clinical Documentation, and related applications for the healthcare client. This resource will be responsible for the configuration and support of Epic. This position is remote but requires a State of Florida Residency. Non-Florida candidates will not be eligible for hire.RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for providing team members support and mentorship for configuration and testing of Epic and related applications.Provides expert support and assistance with Epic and their integration with the overall Epic EHR and related applications.Leverages clinical knowledge to recommend best practices in build and design of Epic as it relates to Epic IP Orders, Ordersets, and Clinical Documentation and related areas.Install new applications, new components, and upgrade existing applications.Configure application settings and validate configurations performed by Application Analysts.Oversee analysis of necessary application modifications and work with the appropriate associate or the vendor to coordinate the modification.Provide advanced application troubleshooting support for the application(s).Resolve critical issues independently as necessary.Determine how a new system, upgrade, or new component can best meet the needs of the users.Analyze business/clinical needs and requirements.Proactively communicate, schedule and resolve issues and meetings as they relate to Epic IP Orders and Orderset.Manage vendor communications needed for support, issue resolution and escalation.Lead, coordinate and schedule testing events and meetings with necessary and/or required stakeholders including internal, vendor, etc.Provide weekly status reports as directed by iMethods and organizational leadership.Performs other related duties as required.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS[Active] Epic Inpatient Procedure Orders Certification (active, verified prior to submittal).[Active] Epic Clinical Documentation Certification (active, verified prior to submittal).Hands-on experience with 2024 NVTs, system implementation, and support.Proven expertise in successful implementation and go-live for IP Orders, Ordersets, and Clinical Documentation.Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across operations and technical teams.Experience mentoring and guiding project analysts.Ability to jump in immediately, execute detailed build/configuration work, and deliver results.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPrevious experience in/as clinical settings and operations experience.Experience with Physician Roundtable feature.Previous Leadership Experience (e.g., manager, Team Lead, Project Lead, etc.)Previous experience on large-scale Epic implementation or optimization projects.Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
