Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role in Menominee, MI, for a Production Test Pilot/Certified Flight Instructor (CFI). The candidate will perform production test flights to ensure Enstrom helicopters meet safety, performance, and quality standards. Responsibilities include conducting flight performance assessments, creating detailed test reports, providing feedback to the engineering team, participating in troubleshooting, and ensuring flight safety protocols are upheld. The individual will also provide flight training to customers or staff as needed, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and standards.Qualifications·      Proficiency in Flight Test procedures and assessment methodologies·      Experience working with Aircraft systems, operations, and maintenance·      Strong Piloting skills with certifications as a Commercial Helicopter Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor (CFI)·      Commitment to Flight Safety ·      Strong written and verbal communication skills to prepare reports and provide feedback·      Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering and production teams·      Prior experience in helicopter manufacturing or testing is a plus·      FAA Class I or II Medical Certification·      1000 minimum helicopter flight hours as Pilot in Command.·      Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial and CFI certificates.·      5 years minimum Rotorcraft Commercial and/or flight test experience.·      A&P license.
