Sales Agent / Account Executive
First Station Media is a results-driven marketing firm specializing in website design, online presence, social media, promotional goods, and other branding services. We partner with businesses to elevate their brand visibility and drive measurable growth. We’re expanding our sales team and looking for ambitious, self-motivated professionals to join us.
Position Summary:
We’re seeking a high-energy, entrepreneurial Outside Sales Agent / Account Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and close deals. This is an exempt, 100% commission-based role, ideal for someone who thrives on performance-based income.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, email, and social platforms
Present and explain our marketing services to potential clients, tailoring solutions to their needs
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Negotiate contracts and close sales
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Work collaboratively with our internal marketing team to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Stay current on marketing trends and service offerings
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (marketing industry preferred but not required)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-starter with a hunter mentality and the ability to work independently
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable with CRM tools and sales reporting
High level of professionalism and integrity
Compensation:
This is an exempt, commission-only position. Top performers have the potential to earn well above industry averages. Commission rates and structure will be discussed during the interview process. All salary estimates are provided by Indeed, not First Station Media.
