ESG Analyst / Sustainability (AI Training Specialist) @ Hatch AI

Hatch is looking for sustainability and ESG professionals to support an AI research project with one of our partners through flexible, hourly contract work.This is not a traditional job. You'll draw on your hands‐on experience in ESG reporting, carbon accounting, and/or environmental compliance to evaluate AI-generated content and provide feedback that helps AI better understand how ESG and sustainability work is done in practice across energy and industrial contexts.Note: This role is not with Hatch. It is with a partner AI lab.Start: ImmediatePay: $65 AUD per hourDuration: 3-week project, with the possibility of extensionHours: Up to 40 hours per week; no minimum hoursLocation: Fully remote, asynchronous scheduleThis is a project-based opportunity that can be done alongside research, consulting, teaching, or industry employment.You will be asked to complete real work tasks in a structured format, independently producing expert-level analytical work using the tools and workflows from your professional practice.
