Over decades of steady operation, it has earned a reputation as one of North America's most respected producers in its field.Job DescriptionOversee quality control processes and ensure adherence to company and industry standards.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process improvements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.Develop and maintain quality documentation, including control plans and process flow diagrams.Perform audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.Provide training and guidance on quality standards to production teams.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate process efficiency and effectiveness.Support new product launches by ensuring quality requirements are met.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
