For over 50 years, we've been dedicated to delivering comprehensive solutions and unmatched service to our commercial customers, earning a reputation as a trusted contractor in the industry.Perks Of Joining ColonialWebbCompetitive payCareer development and progression401(k) plan with company matchPTO and paid holidaysExcellent medical, dental, life, vision and disability benefitsEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee referral incentivesWhat You Will DoInstall, replace and retrofit HVAC equipment, sheet metal products, and ductwork for commercial HVAC projects.Load and unload project materials from company vehicles into job sites.Furnish experienced mechanics with materials, tools, equipment, and supplies.Assist in lifting, positioning, and securing of materials and devices during installation.Perform minor maintenance or cleaning of mechanic’s tools and equipment.Cleans work area and restocks supplies and materials as necessary.What We Are Looking ForKnowledge of HVAC industry or willingness to learn.Completion of (or currently completing) HVAC trade school (not required, but a plus).EPA certification, or willingness to obtain within 1 year.Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.Knowledge of basic construction/shop math.High school diploma or equivalent.Apply online: www.ColonialWebb.com/careers.EOE M/W/Disability/Vets
