Document Controls Manager
Overview
You will lead document control for a construction program, ensuring secure, accurate, and accessible records. You’ll optimize Procore, SharePoint, and related tools to support workflows and compliance. Collaborating with IT and project teams, you’ll drive governance, training, and continuous improvement. This role shapes how the program manages information across lifecycle, balancing accessibility with confidentiality. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and administer document control procedures for collecting, filing, preserving, and retrieving program recordsManage and improve platforms like Procore and SharePoint to support construction workflowsEnsure compliance with client standards, program requirements, and governance policiesProvide training and user support to promote consistent use of document control practicesConduct audits, QA/QC reviews, and metadata checks to maintain data qualitySafeguard confidential information through secure storage, access controls, and retention practicesCollaborate with IT and project teams to resolve system issues and drive improvementsLead and mentor the document control team to promote governance and continuous improvement
