Measure and fit eyeglasses, ensuring comfort, accuracy, and proper alignment. Dispense eyeglasses and educate patients on care, cleaning, and usage. Process eyeglass orders and verify prescription accuracy. Maintain, organize, and track inventory of eyeglass frames and optical supplies. Provide excellent customer service, including addressing patient questions, concerns, or adjustments.
