Job Title: Environmental, Health and Safety ManagerLocation: Garden Grove, CA. 92841Duration: Full-TimeSalary: $140K - $170K ONLY FOR USA CITIZEN OR GREEN CARD HOLDERPosition Summary:The EHS Manager is responsible for leading and maintaining Environmental, Health & Safety programs to ensure compliance with federal, California state, and local regulations. This role focuses on promoting workplace safety, minimizing risks, managing compliance, and supporting a strong safety culture within a manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and programs in line with OSHA and Cal OSHA standards.• Conduct safety training, audits, inspections, and incident investigations.• Identify workplace hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions.• Manage environmental reporting, hazardous materials compliance, and safety documentation.• Oversee workers’ compensation programs, including claims and return-to-work processes.• Partner with leadership to drive continuous improvement in safety and compliance.Requirements:• Strong knowledge of OSHA, Cal OSHA, and environmental regulations• Experience in safety training, audits, and incident investigations• Ability to manage workers’ compensation programs and claims• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situationsExperience & Education:• B.S. or B.A. Degree (preferably in a related, technical discipline)• 10 years of related experience (preferably in aerospace and manufacturing environments)• Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and other productivity tools
