Pearl Interactive Network is sourcing Remote Real Time Adherence Analysts.The Real Time Adherence Analyst (RTA) will monitor and review real-time adherence, ensuring that Call Center Agents are following their scheduled activities. Away from noise and distractions.Computer equipment, monitor, and headset provided.Job Duties:Monitor Real-Time Adherence (RTA): Continuously track and analyze agent adherence to scheduled activities in real time using WFM software and tools.Identify and Report Outliers: Quickly identify deviations from scheduled activities and promptly alert management of any outliers or issues impacting service levels.Communicate with Agents: Provide real-time feedback to agents regarding adherence issues and assist them in returning to schedule.Adjust Schedules as Needed: Make necessary adjustments to schedules to address immediate staffing needs and maintain service level agreements (SLAs).Generate Reports: Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly adherence and performance reports to management and relevant stakeholders.Collaborate with Management: Work closely with call center management and team leads to address adherence challenges and develop strategies to improve overall adherence.Analyze Performance Data: Review historical adherence data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.Support Workforce Management: Assist the WFM team with forecasting, scheduling, and capacity planning as needed.Job Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment, focusing on workforce management or real-time adherence.Proficiency in WFM software (e.g., NICE, Verint, Aspect/Alvaria) and strong Microsoft Excel skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with agents and management.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Physical Requirements:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods of time. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
