VP of People and Culture
A company is looking for a Vice President of People and Culture to lead its People and Culture team and drive HR strategic priorities.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive People & Culture strategy aligned with organizational goals
Oversee recruitment efforts and enhance employee engagement through various programs
Manage performance management frameworks and ensure compliance with labor lawsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or certification in human resources preferred
HR certification (e.g., PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP) strongly preferred
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a managerial role
Proven experience in senior HR roles with deep knowledge of HR functions
Strong interest in the mission and goals of the organization
