Partnering with a network of trusted suppliers, Trimen delivers tailored solutions to meet a wide array of client needs.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Quality Inspector role based in Belgium, WI. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for performing detailed quality checks and inspections on manufactured components and assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications. Key responsibilities include verifying dimensions and tolerances, performing quality assurance and quality control checks, identifying non-conformities, and generating inspection reports. The Quality Inspector will also work closely with production teams to maintain high standards of product quality and support continuous improvement initiatives.QualificationsStrong knowledge and experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management processesProficient in Inspection techniques and tools, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specificationsDemonstrated Analytical Skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesFamiliarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards and industry regulationsAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectivelyMechanical aptitude and experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment are highly desirableHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications or training are advantageous
