Manufacturing/Production Maintenance Supervisor, Food ProductionMorgantown, WVCompetitive Salary [About $85K] Bonus, Full Benefits, World Class CorporationJob Overview:We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor / Manager to lead a team of maintenance technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting production through effective maintenance leadership.This position is ideal for a strong lead technician ready to step into leadership or an experienced supervisor who thrives in a hands-on environment.Prefer candidates with hands-on maintenance leadership in small-to-medium food/manufacturing plants (roughly 10–150 on-site employees), able to supervise technicians, run CMMS, and perform multi-trade troubleshooting.Key Responsibilities:Supervise, coach, and develop a team of Maintenance TechniciansPlan and prioritize daily maintenance activities based on production needsEnsure completion of preventative and predictive maintenance programsLead troubleshooting of equipment issues and reduce downtimeSupport production by quickly resolving mechanical failuresMaintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and documentationPartner with production leadership to meet operational goalsDrive continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiativesEnsure compliance with all safety policies and proceduresAssist with parts inventory, vendor coordination, and facility maintenanceQualifications:7+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience2+ years of leadership, lead, or supervisory experienceStrong mechanical troubleshooting skills (motors, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, etc.)Experience in a manufacturing or production environmentAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and diagramsHigh School Diploma or equivalentPreferred Qualifications:Experience with preventative/predictive maintenance programsFamiliarity with CMMS systemsExperience leading teams in a fast-paced production environmentMulti-trade experience (electrical, HVAC, compressors, welding, etc.)CONTACT/SEND RESUME:Bill Marek - CEO407.541.7816WWW.VPRECRUITERS.COM
