With clients nationwide and a powerful presence in markets across the United States, JSI empowers rural and regional broadband providers to expand, evolve, and excel in a rapidly shifting digital world.Position Overview:The ideal candidate is a high-energy, early-career Account Executive who will support the growth of our BBIP Managed Services business across Rural Broadband Providers, Utilities, Municipal Networks, and emerging Data Center operators.This role is ideal for a sales professional who began their career as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Marketing Development Representative (MDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or in an Inside Sales role and has successfully progressed into an Account Executive (AE) position with direct responsibility for managing opportunities, customer relationships, and closing business.The Account Executive will be responsible for building and advancing a credible CRM pipeline that converts into recurring managed services revenue. Primary focus areas include JSI’s BBIP Managed Services portfolio, including:SupportOne (Subscriber Support / Call Center Services)NOC X (Network Operations Center Services)Additional BBIP Managed Services offeringsThis individual will work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Business Unit leaders, and Solution Experts to identify opportunities, qualify prospects, drive customer engagement, and support the expansion of JSI’s overall service footprint.Key ResponsibilitiesPipeline & Funnel Development:Build and maintain an actionable CRM funnel targeting Rural Broadband Providers, Utilities, Municipal Networks, and Data Center operatorsGenerate qualified new logo opportunities through outbound prospecting, marketing follow-up, industry networking, conferences, referrals, and account-based outreachMaintain disciplined CRM hygiene including opportunity progression, forecasting, notes, activity tracking, and competitive intelligencePromote opportunities through the sales stages with urgency, consistency, and professionalismManaged Services Sales:Position and sell JSI BBIP Managed Services offerings including:Generate monthly managed services orders targets of approximately:o SupportOneo NOC Xo Additional Managed Services solutionsLead customer discovery conversations focused on operational efficiency, customer experience, network reliability, scalability, and cost optimizationCollaborate with internal SMEs and operational leaders to align customer requirements with JSI capabilitiesHelp onboard new managed services customers and support long-term customer relationship developmentCross-Sell & Strategic Growth:Identify opportunities to introduce additional JSI services including Professional Services, Engineering, Consulting, Cybersecurity, Regulatory, Grant, and Broadband Advisory servicesPartner across JSI Business Units to support broader account growth and customer retentionGather and report market intelligence, competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer feedbackPerformance Expectations:Build and maintain a healthy, credible CRM pipelineGenerate monthly managed services orders targets of approximately:o $60K – $90K per month in Total Contract Value (TCV)Drive new logo customer acquisitionContribute to overall BBIP and JSI revenue growth initiativesDemonstrate disciplined CRM usage, forecasting accuracy, and funnel managementSkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:2-5 years of overall sales experience with:o SupportOneo NOC XExperience selling within one or more of the following markets preferred:o Telecomo Broadband o Managed Serviceso Technology Serviceso SaaSo ISP or Infrastructure-related ServicesStrong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsComfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreachCRM experience preferred (HubSpot, Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar)Highly organized with strong follow-up disciplineAbility to operate in a fast-moving, team-oriented environmentStrong curiosity, work ethic, and willingness to learnPreferred:Rural broadband, ISP, telecommunications, or managed services exposureExperience supporting recurring revenue or subscription-based sales modelsExposure to customer support, NOC operations, cybersecurity, or technical services environmentsParticipation in industry conferences or trade association eventsFamiliarity with MEDDICC, SPIN, Challenger, or similar sales methodologiesBenefitsCompetitive salary + performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).Generous PTO and wellness opportunities.Ongoing professional development and educational opportunities.
