We offer a boutique recruiting work style that is centered around initiative and resourcefulness and encourages team work and work-life balance.Responsibilities Include:Full-cycle recruitment for direct hire, temp-to-hire, and temporary placementsScreen / interview candidates and assess candidacy for various client needsIdentify new clients and develop and foster strong relationships with existing clientsCollaborate with team on various business development and recruiting initiativesWork collaboratively with the team on broad range of openingsWrite and post advertisements and other online marketing contentQualifications Include:1+ year of experience recruiting, project management, or related experienceStaffing agency and/or business development experience a plusProfessional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to stay organized and self-directed in a fast-paced environmentSuperior professional judgement and entrepreneurial mindsetCandidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.The Ford Agency is a recruiting firm based in Washington, DC.
