You'll handle teller transactions, open and maintain accounts, and provide exceptional service with professionalism and care.Key ResponsibilitiesOpen and maintain deposit accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, HSAs)Process teller transactions and balance your cash drawer accuratelyUpdate customer information and assist with account researchHelp guests with fraud or unauthorized transactionsManage debit card requests and safe deposit box servicesPrepare wire transfer documentsFollow bank policies and federal regulationsWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalentCustomer service experience required; cash handling preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelExcellent organizational skills
