The ISS is a prospecting‐focused, net‐new business role responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying new customer opportunities. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving sales of our innovative ARGOTM HT System and NULISATM Platform. Preferred location is in Milan, as our EU headquarters are located there.ResponsibilitiesDevelop new leads and communicate with potential customers in the EMEA & regionsProactively identify, research, and engage net‐new prospects through outbound prospecting activities (calls, emails, social, campaigns)Partner with local TAMs to design and execute targeted account and territory‐based prospecting campaignsUnderstand and articulate the benefits of Alamar's proprietary NULISATM technology and ARGOTM HT System to prospectsConduct meaningful and effective outreach and follow up on leads to generate sales opportunitiesMaintain a database of current and potential customers in the assigned territoriesUtilize prospecting tools, databases, and scientific networks to identify KOLs, influencers, and decision‐makers, and map their extended networksQualify inbound and outbound leads based on fit, intent, timing, and application relevanceConduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs, research goals, and purchasing driversConvert qualified leads into opportunities and transition effectively to field or downstream sales teamsAchieve quarterly sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth objectivesCollaborate with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals, including part‐time support of APAC regionStay informed about competing products and services in the proteomics marketRequirementsBachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field preferredProven inside sales experience, preferably in the biotechnology or life sciences industryStrong understanding of proteomics and biomarker research (preferred)Excellent communication and presentation skillsProficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools, preferably Salesforce and HubSpotTrack record of meeting or exceeding sales quotasExcellent organizational skills and ability to multitaskEqual Employment Opportunity As set forth in Alamar Biosciences's Equal Employment Opportunity policy, we do not discriminate on the basis of any protected group status under any applicable law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
