As a BCBA, you’ll play a key role in leading treatment programs, supervising RBTs, and guiding families through meaningful progress. You’ll have the autonomy to make a real impact while being supported by a team that values your expertise. This role also comes with *a major opportunity to grow into a Clinical Director position* as we continue expanding across the region. *Responsibilities*

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise, train, and support RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven program adjustments.
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure clinical quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance program development and staff training.
