Line Attorney / Associate attorney – Las Vegas, NV (On-Site)Role Overview:Seeking an entry-level attorney to manage court coverage and provide client advisory support in residential, commercial, and association matters. The position involves courtroom appearances, case preparation, drafting motions, and advising clients under supervision.Key Responsibilities:Represent clients in court for hearings, short trials, and related proceedings.Prepare case files, exhibits, and arguments efficiently.Provide operational and compliance guidance to clients.Draft motions, orders, and client communications.Collaborate with supervising attorneys to refine strategy and processes.Qualifications:J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.Nevada Bar admission (or actively pursuing).Strong oral advocacy, concise writing, and client communication skills.Highly organized with ability to manage a fast-paced, court-driven schedule.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary and Uncapped monthly performance bonus.Medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, and retirement benefits.On-site, Monday–Friday; flexible court hours.
