Caregiver responsibilities include but are not limited to: personal care (dressing, bathing, changing), exercise & mobility, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, laundry, and grocery shopping.Requirements:Minimum of 18 years of ageReliable transportationValid driver's license; clean driving recordCar insurance preferredCNA or STNA certification (preferred but not required)1 year of caregiving experience (preferred)High school diploma or equivalentPass background check and drug screening per company and state standardsAbility to attend quarterly training meetingsAdditional health screenings may be requiredCompensation: $15.00 per hourBecoming a Caregiver: Professional caregivers go by many names: homemakers, home care aides, home health aides, certified nursing assistants, personal care assistants, direct care workers.
